These two stalls are classics and I love taking out of town friends there as the food is always so good. These guys are so friendly too and even posed for me. I have a yearning for murtabak and bryani now.![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgRn8We8I9kyLW-WOBzAbSbNkdpuYZ8fehUwcwpYyxeHyDo6GR6aSS7LyXwcn92aUzQAcaB9SF_miUWfc-ZX8r3vhlEloa-n8fz6qt-EiMbMhVh4TYTuWOLrBOCwRN8Vt_lZG7P1ZWIv1pA/s400/zam+zam.JPG)
Here's the guy at Victory posing for me while he was stretching out the paper thin dough for a murtabak order. He breaks an egg spreads it on the dough and then tosses in the onions, meat and tomato sauce.![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgqDSOKrJbqq5SrSfWYesomWdoClFjYZgRLgdb4UiN9hjLQKux1yMTz8inbaAbRtIoLMB3hIW1m-oe0v0mK9sGXbbZh77YqSFYnUkOzXPgsICSRF_7zxZaGGWEwyfW_HQbcsQJcl12JfskK/s400/victory+matabak.JPG)
The murtabak is then fried on a hot skillet in ghee.![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh03pwUDW44snNqpOGPpDNPevsbmWc2awXVmjotV2oFklDHTBDANedcT35ENwthP8Dv3DhL5eXrXHa8jkNwdiJ7y0ogyuNyJNQ3Eea8o9iKKkH-NmTgJVH56JhnhJyacRUXlvb-xT6I2xSi/s400/victory+matabak3.JPG)
I vote Victory as the friendlier of the two.
