I was ready to toss out the chocolate sponge flour mix that I had bought at the spur of the moment after the first try. Today, I was inspired to try and concoct a recipe to save the flour. It turned out great but I didn't quite note down the measurements as I was just spooning and pouring stuff by gut feel. Lucky, this experiment went well but I would have liked for the cake to be darker to match the color of the fudge.I have to keep the cakes coming as my mom keeps asking for cakes everyday. In her reality, she is baking everyday.
