Sitting quietly with the camera and shooting madly this morning when this little handsome guy dropped in for his breakfast. The sunbirds are now quite use to me sitting on the porch and aiming my camera at them. They don't even bother that my flash goes off frequently as I take photographs. However, they do move fast and I've learnt to be very patient when I'm shooting wildlife.
Don't ask me how I got this shot, it just happened as the bird flew and I was pleasantly surprised by the details.
When he finally settled down again I did manage to get a clear shot which I am extremely happy with.
