Look What Is Inside The Pineapple

I had family over for lunch again, a simple one dish meal was what I decided on. I had canned pineapples but upon going to the supermarket, I found honey pineapples for sale. 3 pineapples for $2, it was a no brainer in decided to add 3 pineapples into my cart.
This is what was inside the pineapple.We scooped out the flesh of the pineapple and used it in pineapple rice. I fried the rice up with chicken breast meat, mixed vegetables, raisins, cashew nuts and fresh pineapple.To fry this dish do what I do buy Asian Gourment's Thai Pineapple Rice paste from the supermarket.
