Tiong Bahru Market is becoming familiar to me as I make more trips to SGH. I went back to Koh Brothers as I wanted to try the glutinous rice in pig's caul. For those who don't know what caul is, it is the membrane obtained from the pig's stomach.
I skipped the bowl of steamed rice as it would have been too much carbs for me.
The glutinous rice as very well packed and compacted till the individual grains are bearly noticeable.
It may be an acquired tasted but I didn't take to the dish that much but it's a dying dish so I had to give it a once over.
