Tree Frogs Laying Eggs

The four lined tree frogs were at it and in the day too and I was lucky to catch them in the act. These frogs lay their eggs in bubbles just above water. Notice how bloated the large female is in the shots before egg laying begins.
I interrupted these frogs and they dove into the water but they surfaced a couple of minutes later just beside the egg sack. They finally climbed back into position above the bubble sack and began to lay eggs. They are the white pearls that you can see at the bottom left-side and big mama was also losing her girth.Fifteen minutes later, they were done. Mama and papa are ready to go their separate ways.Female frog bloated no more.
