I photographed this creature several weeks back but the photos were not usable. Last Saturday I spotted another on a leaf and photographed it again. Initially, I thought it was slug but based on my research I found out they are flat worms, which are found in South East Asia. I couldn't give you more information even if I wanted to, as there is very little information on this curious looking worm.
The specimen that I found is the Bipalium Simrothi.
