Pacific Swallows

These birds are another of my favorites, and I have to thank a seasoned birding photographer I bumped into at Lower Pierce who brought my attention to these birds.
Since then I have had many opportunities to photograph these birds just at a vacant field near my house. It took a lot of patience to wait for these birds to land and then to have them not fear you as you slowly approach them. These birds were photographed as they sat on a rusting goal post in the field.
