This was a butterfly that I encountered in Laos at a hot spring. It's an extremely fast flyer and I had to be kind to my guide while I waited it out in the heat to try to photograph this butterfly. The Paris Peacock is a species of swallowtail butterfly found in South Asia.
I'm glad I did as it was a very beautiful butterfly.
