Hello,
You are very lucky to stay very close to Nature Resrves...
I see bats almost everyday near my old house, where hundreds of bats come out at about 7-8 pm from a large hole in a canal just behind my house. They can be often seen catching fish from the canal.
Address: The canal is behind Block 555, Jurong West Street 42.
Besides those, I have seen a large number of small bats in 1 of the cave in Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. There were none when I went there the next time. I am not really sure if there are any more left, but I think there should be at least a few.
I am not completely sure about the names of these 2 types of bats.
Thanks Shawn.
I shall have to take a drive there to see for myself when I have the time.
