Went back to photograph the Little Terns again. Wanted better lighting, better photos and flight shots. I did get flight shots but I found that my lens was very slow in focusing and it was quite frustrating trying to focus and pan at the same time.
After talking to one of the guys in between shots, I realized that I had the wrong setting and the UV filter could also impede light thus slowing the lens down further. It just means that I need to try again and see if I can improve my work.
