Minced Beef Dry Curry

This is another childhood favorite of mine - minced meat dry curry. This is actually the filling for curry puffs but as children my brother and I love to just eat the filling with rice or with bread when my mom fried it. She usually used pork but today, I used minced beef to recreate the dish. Yum!

Ingredients
1/2 kg lean beef, minced
4 potatoes, boiled and cut into cubes
1 large onion, diced
3 tbsp meat curry powder
1 tbsp vegetable oil
salt to taste

Preparation
Heat wok on high, add oil, stir-fry onions, add curry powder and fry till fragrant
Add beef and potatoes
Stir-fry till beef is cooked
Add salt to taste
