
I didn't make this but I promised the chef, that I'd post her work on my blog. The chef in question as my helper, she decided that she'll use the thicken cream that I have in the fridge before it went to waste. She found a recipe in one of my magazines and decided to try it. She did the prep and cooking. I helped in putting the pot pie together and adding seasoning as she is in the midst of the fasting month but it was a good first attempt.

The pie actually taste better if left overnight as the mashed potato absorbs the creamy sauce that you see in the photo.
