Bergedil And Sambal Tomat

We made bergedil for dinner as it transports well as we had to take a tiffin carrier over to the hospital. The potato cakes were paired off with sambal tomat, a Balinese sambal made from tomatoes. Don’t let this tomato based sambal fool you into thinking it’s mild--it can be extremely spicy.I'm going to buy more tomatoes tomorrow as we're running low on the sambal already. The other thing that I must buy is emping belinjo as I love them with the sambal too.
