Cycle Of Life

It has been raining everyday this week and I had the opportunity to photograph two of my previous animal subjects again.
I found this male four-line tree frog sitting on my water lily plant. He was getting ready to create a new generation of tree frogs. It what all amphibians do when the skies open up - lay eggs. While he waited for his lady to appear, he made a good subject for me while sitting on top of the water lily.

On the other hand, the white-throated kingfishers were desperately hungry as they have not been able to hunt for several days due to the rain. I spotted a pair hunting in the rain and looking totally drenched.
