Finally Went Out This Morning

I've been hit by a pretty bad flu bug and it has floored me for over a week now. This morning, I finally felt well enough to venture outside for a walk. I'm glad I did as I had a chance to discover new things in between bouts of coughing.
I chanced upon a copper-cheek frog sitting on a dumb cane leaf because it was a tad higher than I was tall, I had problems composing my shot. I tried to move the frog and off it jumped into the stream.
The copper-cheek is a mainly forest species. It may be encountered along forest paths during night walks. I was lucky again as I found mine in the day. It can appear in various colours, but is generally pale green at the sides, and greenish-brown on the back with brownish spots.
