Crispy Skin Salmon Steak

I've been busy all week with work and I left cooking to my helper. She's been pulling out recipes from my recipe book collection to try. On Monday, she asked if she could pan fry a piece of salmon steak.
I taught her how to fry the fish skin side down first till it is all crispy and am now showing her how to plate the fish. At her request for me to take a photo of the steak, I asked her to add a chili to give the dish more color for the camera before plating it.
The topping is simple - diced cucumber, shallots, mint and chili with lemon juice. The mint is fresh because it grows in my herb garden. Nice color if I may say so myself.
