A friend made me a batch of chocolate, chocolate chip cookies yesterday and I had two with my coffee this morning after my omelet breakfast. I especially liked the ones that had cranberries in them. Thanks! Then I spent over half and hour photographing a baby tree frog and a female sunbird in my back yard before I headed to market to buy ingredients for a nasi lemak feast. I was serving nasi lemak for lunch today.
Here's my omelet with has mushrooms and mozzarella cheese wrapped in it. I scattered freshly ground black pepper over my plate.
I had half of the serving on a piece of bread. I'm not a toast person and just happy to have fresh soft bread.
