Of Geese and Snouts

What is a walk down nostalgia of Tekka without the food. We hit some of the popular stalls for a late breakfast. Walking through the hawker center, I found many stalls have already closed. This is the famous braised goose stall that is related to my favorite braised duck stall in Sin Ming. I still like Sin Ming's braised duck better.My friends noticed the braised pigs' snouts in the stall meat display and I just had to take a photo of the snouts. We wondered how they would taste but none of us were game to try it. We figured they would be gelatinous.
