Common Posy

I found a Common Posy and though it is the most frequently encountered species of the three Posies. They belong to the Lycaenidae species and the Common Posy is a small butterfly with a wingspan of about 3cm to 3.5cm. I was just as stoked when I came across this individual. However, it was one of the most skittish butterfly I ever encountered and I had the hardest time trying to get a shot. After several attempts this was my best shot. I shall go looking for it again, now that I know where it likes to hang out.
