An Eggfly

I took a second walk as the weather for the day was overcast. I hung around close to home but poked around to see what I could find.
I startled this butterfly as I came upon it. I stood still and let it settle back down among the weeds and then I started to photograph it.The Jacintha Eggfly is a subspecies of the Great Eggfly. They are suppose to be common in Singapore and a favored species bred by commercial butterfly parks in the region. As for me, I was just thrilled to add another butterfly species to my photographed list.
