Finally The Right Mix!!

If you don't succeed try and try again. I tinkered with the orange chiffon recipe and this time the cake turned out the way I wanted it - fluffy, light and airy. It was as though you weren't consuming calories as we enjoyed the cake for tea.All cooled down and ready to be cut up for tea.Light pastel cake slices that were really pleasing to the eye and sweetly scented with orange and my stash of Belvedere Pomarancza. My ex-client will be horrified on how I am using the expensive macerated vodka but the oils from the blend of Moroccan Orange, Spanish Mandarin Orange and Orange Blossom, are just perfect in lending a fragrant bouquet to the cake.Afternoon tea is served.
