Banded Woodpecker

I finally got a decent shot of the Banded Woodpecker, which is a bird that spends most of its time in thick wooded areas.
I chanced upon this one quietly feeding in the wooded area and had a chance to take four shots of this bird.I went back looking for it again later and found a family high up in the trees. However, they were too high for me to photograph them. Two weeks later, I found one on a dead tree trunk. It then dawned on me that there was a hole in the tree trunk and another bird peeking out of the hole.I've found me a breeding pair and I hope to be able to observe them during the breeding season.
