Making Roti Jala

I had seen the sundry store selling roti jala moulds and I had been wanting to buy one for sometime. I finally bought it and I was in business. Stress drove me into the kitchen to de-stress and oh what fun I had. You can get really creative with the mould and folding the laced pancake.I did the simple fold into a quarter and we ate them for dinner with a curry chicken. I may just serve them for Sunday lunch or during a picnic in the park.
