I guess I started the food exchange within my housing estate when I gift neighbors with my kitchen produce. This evening after my walk I came back to find that I had an extra dish for dinner. Yes, word has gotten out among the Indonesian domestic helpers that I like trying new dishes.
These days, I get surprises showing up at my door step. This evening, I got yet another sambal goreng dish with chicken liver, potato and petai in a rich coconut sauce. All I can say is good thing I had longer walk today.
