Trying My Hand At Frying Mee Goreng

I went grocery shopping yesterday and was browsing the chilled food section when a new spice paste caught my eye - mee goreng paste. I immediately picked up a packet and added it to my grocery cart and then back tracked to gather the ingredients I needed for my experiment - bean sprout, noodles, tomatoes, cucumber and chye sim.
I assembled a relatively long list of ingredients to make my dish as authentic as I could, and did my prep before firing up the wok to begin frying up my mee goreng.
I had family over for lunch and they enjoyed the one dish meal. We all each had at least two servings.
