I stopped by Pho House at Suntec again and ordered from the set menu. Today, I ordered the salad roll, bun and drip coffee.
Bun is vermicelli with lots of vegetables topped with fried garlic, peanuts and your choice of grilled meat with a cold sauce made up of chili, fish sauce, rice vinegar and sugar. It was perfect for a hot day like today.
What is a good meal without a perfect accompaniment? A short shot of drip coffee and condensed milk.
All for $13 before tax and service charge.
