All Things Porky

We Chinese never let any part of the animal we eat go to waste. In this instance, the entire pig is put to good use.
Meat - Roast and smoked pork
Head - SmokedIntestines well done.Other offals - stomach, tongue, liver, spleen, kidneys, and bloodWhat we can't consume fresh is turned into dried sausages.

Me too. I just didn't have the time and four stomachs to keep eating everything we passed.
